OPINIÓN:
I bought this to stretch out a slight wrinkle in my daughters bedroom carpet. I extended the long pins to about half way through the depth dial, pressed the head of the kicker in to the carpet and gave it a moderate shove with my knee. There was a snapping noise and when I lifted the kicker up pretty much all of the spikes had come away from the flimsy plastic they are mounted in. The plastic mounts completely disintegrated and because the spikes dragged along the carpet they pulled out lots of the pile and have left me with a bald patch. completely useless piece of kit that I could honestly not recommend to anyone. I will be approaching the vendor for a complete refund for this piece rubbish.

First of all, there's a knack to this product, I suggest you look on YouTube for tutorials. But I can tell you, as a 31-year-old single mother of 3, this product was invaluable in helping me put carpet in 3 bedrooms plus a hallway and stairs. I was able to do a great job (video shows a section of the carpet not tucked in at the edges yet, but it's perfect now) pretty much by myself except for a bit of help from my teenage son. I would have been stupid to try and do the job without this product. It's very sturdy and comfortable and it works.
